We have a track record for delivery. We are the first and only planning consultancy in the North East - and one of only a handful nationally - to gain planning consent for a new ground-breaking country house, since the government’s ‘contemporary country house’ clause was introduced. In securing PPS7 consent we surpassed the government’s extremely demanding criteria for new landmark country houses.
