Our clients Northumbrian Leisure had attempted for a number of years to obtain planning consent to expand their flagship Golden Sands Holiday Park at Cresswell on the Northumberland coast.
We were appointed to coordinate an extensive team of professionals to present a powerful, well structured case to the planning inspectorate when proposals were debated at a Public Inquiry.
The Inspector had no hesitation in granting planning permission for an additional 350 caravan pitches, and a £4million leisure complex on the 55 hectare site.
