Tony Woodcock Planning Consultants and award winning architects Reid Jubb Brown Architecture have seen its groundbreaking country house design at Ghyllheugh near Longhorsley, Northumberland receive the North East’s first PPS7 planning consent.
This is one of only fifteen such designs to gain planning consent since the ‘contemporary country house’ legislation was introduced more than ten years ago.
We are delighted that we were able to meet the Government’s extremely demanding requirements for new country houses, which must offer ‘cutting edge’ design and not only enhance their immediate setting but also the surrounding countryside.
